1. Fees and Payment Structure

A. Registration Fee:
Participants agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration.
 

B. Payment Methods:
Accepted methods include credit/debit card.

 

2. Payment Deadline

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registrations are not considered complete or valid until payment is received.

 

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

In compliance with Maryland Commercial Law § 13-301, this agreement clearly outlines your rights:

• Full Refund (minus processing fees): If cancellation is received in writing 14 or more days before the event.
   

• Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancellation is made between 7–13 days before the event.
   

• No Refund: If cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows.
   

• Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizer for any reason, participants will receive a full refund within 14 days.
   

 

4. Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims relating to this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and resolved in a Maryland court of competent jurisdiction, preferably located in Baltimore County.

We encourage all disputes to first be addressed through good-faith negotiations or mediation.

 

5. Late or Failed Payments

Services or access may be suspended or denied until payment is resolved.
 

 

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and agree to comply with Maryland laws regarding payments, refunds, and dispute resolution.
